As the Third Party Administrator (TPA) and network solution for our global AXA Assistance organization and worldwide clients, we are able to leverage substantial annual claims volume to negotiate optimal network discount rates with various national carriers and PPO networks.

Our clients receive wider access to providers’ nationwide enabling direct settlement of medical bills, reducing out-of-pocket costs, balance billing and maximum discounts on U.S. claims.

In order to enhance overall savings performance, regular comprehensive analyses of both our combined client volume and individual portfolios determine which partners are selected to join our network. This claims volume also allows us to fit within our client’s existing operational models allowing access the best savings via larger carriers but also complimenting the flexibility needed within today’s business to business international solutions.  Our provider network structure offers more than 1 million medical providers throughout the United States, resulting in a 97% overall geographic penetration rate.
