- Towing Services
When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle can safely be towed to the nearest service facility or to any location by the covered customer. - Flat Tire Assistance
AXA Assistance USA will provide the service of flat tire replacement with the vehicle’s spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided if needed. - Lock-Out Assistance
Assistance will be provided in gaining entry—where permitted law—to a covered vehicle if the keys are lost or locked inside. If the vehicle cannot be opened, normal towing provisions apply. - Battery Assistance/Boost
Battery assistance (boost) will be provided to any covered customer in immediate. Towing assistance will be provided if needed. - Gas, Fuel or Fluid Delivery
Where permitted by law, emergency supply of gas, fuel or fluid will be delivered to any covered customer in immediate need. - Accident/Collision Assistance
If a customer is involved in a collision in his covered vehicle, towing assistance will be provided when needed to direct the back to the nearest qualified repair facility. - Pre-Trip Information
A covered customer can reach our call center 24/7 for information about an upcoming trip, its destination or any other related information that might be requested. - Trip Planning
Upon request from a covered customer, AXA Assistance USA will customize a trip itinerary with specific needs and en route information (including but not limited to accommodation, tourism and road status information) and deliver it to the customer’s residence prior to the departure.
