“I received a call from an alarmed customer traveling from France on business for 3 days in NY City. He has just noticed that he left his briefcase in a cab’s trunk. He found himself without passport, airline ticket and to make things worst, his PowerPoint presentation for his meeting that same day.

I referred our customer to the closes business center where he was able to have his secretary emailing him the presentation. While he was handling his meeting, I contacted the French Embassy to get an appointment for an emergency passport and obtained the airline’ instructions to allow our customer to travel on his original flight.
