Health Assistance Services How Will My Medical Expenses be Covered?

To minimize our client’s financial inconveniences, AXA Assistance USA will: 

  • Encourage the service provider, whenever possible, to bill the beneficiaries insurance company directly, rather than require them to pay on site.
  • Where advance payment is required by the service provider, make direct payment for the beneficiary’s treatment to ensure that necessary and proper treatment is provided. Customer will reimburse AXA Assistance USA for medical expenses advanced on behalf of the beneficiary.
