Lori Crawford, Human Resources Director
Lori Crawford has been the Human Resources Director for AXA Assistance USA since July, 2005. Her 14-year HR career includes experience with employee relations, benefits, recruitment and risk management. Before joining AXA Assistance USA, Ms. Crawford served for nine years as HR Director for Chicago-based Laramar Communities, a 500 employees multi-state firm specializing in property management and Real Estate Investment, where she was also responsible for payroll and workers comp / safety.
She earned her bachelor's degrees in both political science and French from Western Illinois University.
Safina Ghazi, Employment Manager

Safina Ghazi has been with AXA Assistance USA since April 2006 after obtaining 9 years of experience in Human Resources. She has served as a Human Resources Manager and Clinical Recruiter for companies such as Medfocus and Aashiana Dyes Stuffs. In these roles she has specialized in employee development, employee relations, payroll, and recruitment.
Today, she is a key contributor to the growth of our organization. During her time with AXA Assistance USA, she has helped double the size of the team, and has reduced turnover by recognizing qualities that make up the "Perfect Fit" for our organization.
Safina is a graduate from University of Illinois at Chicago, with a Bachelors of Science degree, in Finance. Additionally, is Human Resources certified by SHRM.
Blanca Mosquera, Quality Supervisor
Blanca Mosquera began working with AXA Assistance in 2000 as an international assistance coordinator and quality specialist. She assisted in the development of the Quality Assurance Program in July 2006 prior to her promotion to the position of quality assurance supervisor.
Blanca’s focus moving forward will continue to provide ways to better our customer service experience across the frontline.
She brings more than 10 years of quality assurance and customer service experience to the table. Prior to joining AXA Assistance, Blanca assisted the Quality area at LaSalle Bank for their Consumer Loans department. She was also responsible for developing the quality assurance responsibilities in an outbound call center which focused on customer satisfaction for various automotive industries such as Land Rover, Lexus, Infinity and many more.
Blanca graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago where she earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in geography.
