Andrew Ostrander, Director of Operations

Andrew Ostrander joined AXA Assistance USA in 2004. He is accredited with 15 years of experience which include leadership, expertise with call center strategy, performance improvement and program implementation. These core competencies elevated him into several key roles within the organization. In 2007 he was promoted to Director of Operations, and currently oversees AXA Assistance's Medical and Travel Assistance business. Andrew strives to build upon our servicing philosophy of excellence, each and everyday, ensuring that the customer's needs are our number one priority .    

 

Andrew is a graduate from Eastern Michigan University and the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, earning dual bachelor degrees in Marketing and Spanish.
