Compensation

- Referral Award: Employees receive $300 for every full-time employee referred and hired
- Quality Reward Program: Employees who have met or exceeded the quality standards receive incentives such as financial bonuses, movie passes, gift cards, etc. on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Shift Incentive Program: Employees working the night shift are paid a 15 percent premium hourly rate above their regular salary. They work a 4-day work week and enjoy casual dress all week
